Sarah Schielke was born and raised in Rochester, NY. After graduating from Middlebury College and Boston University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Boston University Law Review, Sarah moved to Northern Colorado and started her own law practice, The Life & Liberty Law Office, specializing in DUI defense and federal civil rights lawsuits. Sarah is currently undefeated in DUI jury trials for marijuana and breath test cases. All of Sarah’s breath test DUI jury trials have involved clients allegedly over the .08 limit. Sarah has been repeatedly named a Rising Stars SuperLawyer for DUI defense. She regularly lectures and presents all over the country regarding marijuana, alcohol and drug DUI defense strategy. Her material on Winning Marijuana DUIs has been published in the Texas DWI Manual. Sarah serves as Vice President for the DUI Defense Lawyers Association and is a Board Member for the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar. She has two kids, six dogs, and a definitely normal preoccupation with the band Phish.
