Dismissed – February 2020 ;
Details: Officer claimed several reasons for the initial stop of the client. Portable breath test on scene showed BAC above .08 but lab results of blood taken hours later showed a BAC below .08. After reviewing video of client on scene and negotiating with the prosecutor, the State agreed to dismiss the case.
