I practice in York, Lancaster, Chester, Cherokee, Fairfield, Richland, Lexington, and Chesterfield Counties in South Carolina. My office is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

I received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. I received a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina in 2007. I have been working in the criminal justice system for my whole career. Currently, the main focus of my firm is on handling Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Driving with an Unlawful Alcohol Concentration (DUAC) defense cases.

I am a former prosecutor with experience prosecuting on a DUI team in South Carolina. I have been a criminal defense attorney handling Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Driving with an Unlawful Alcohol Concentration (DUAC) defense cases since 2012.

I have handled all levels of DUI cases in South Carolina.

I have previously taught at Magistrate Judge continuing education conferences, a DUI defense continuing education conference, and at the Law School for Non-Lawyers seminar in York County, South Carolina. I am also a former adjunct professor at Winthrop University.
