Robert “Bobby” Reiff is a FLORIDA BAR BOARD CERTIFIED CRIMINAL TRIAL ATTORNEY who has offices located in Miami [Miami Tower, 100 S.E. 2nd Street, Suite 3400, Miami, Florida 33131] and Fort Lauderdale [214 S.E. 13th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316]. He is the author of FLORIDA DUI LAW, which is published by the LEXIS LAW PUBLISHING COMPANY and the previously published national DUI book, “DRUNK DRIVING AND RELATED VEHICULAR OFFENSES”, which was published by LEXIS for over twenty years. Bobby is a frequent lecturer and author on topics involving the defense of alcohol-related offenses both nationally and in Florida and he is the author of the DUI Notes column for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ THE DEFENDER magazine. In a blind statistical study conducted by the MIAMI HERALD, Bobby received the number one rating as the most effective DUI advocate in South Florida. He was named DUI Defense Attorney of the Year 2019 in Florida by LUX LIFE MAGAZINE – BUSINESS LEGAL ELITE, and Bobby was the only DUI defense lawyer named a “Top Lawyer in South Florida” in that category from 2019-2022 in the SOUTH FLORIDA LEGAL GUIDE®. Bobby was also the only DUI/DWI lawyer named by BEST LAWYERS IN FLORIDA® for 2016 and 2018-2022. He has been named one of the BEST LAWYERS IN AMERICA® continuously since 2001. In his spare time, Bobby is an avid competitive ice hockey player.
